Autism-World

I have 2 autistic sons one is 9 and the other is 4. my oldest told me last night eating will make him fat. He barley eats as it is and he is so skinny that we really worry about his health. Our docters just always tell us he will eat when he is hunger. But if we left it up to him and took that approch he would never eat. Dose any one else have this issue, and if so have you found a way to get your already  picky eater to eat?
