Disorders making someone a loner besides autism

1.Schizotypal Personality Disorder (think the Unabomber)

2.Genetic Disorders. Like XXY disease could affect men because they might nowthave the same physical aspects as other males.

3.Social anxiety disorder seems like an obvious one. Depression is often associated with social withdrawl, but that’s usually a change in behavior rather than having always been a loner. ADHD can often lead to trouble making or keeping friends, or maintaning relationships, but I’m not sure I’d quite describe that as being a “loner” exacty. Virtually an disorder can lead to insecurities that might cause a person to withdraw from social interactions and become a loner.
