MANY colleges now offer autism courses. Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI has an excellent program.

The University of North Texas has both an undergraduate and graduate degree in Behavior Analysis and you can specialize in autism. Many other colleges also offer courses on working with students with autism. Check the ABA website.

Perhaps one of the most well known Autists is Dr. Temple Grandin. She lectures in public and private forays across the country. William Stillman, author and Autist ,does as well.

If you are in the UK, your should is to look at the National Autistic Society’s website- they list accredited courses in Autism and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
