February 17th, 2008It’s not hard to find out autistic signs on children if you could pay some attention, because autism has specific symptoms, as problems with communication, rage, repetitive behivors, lack of imagination, etc.
The following signs should be important:
1. Presents the degenerated phenomenon. Some children with autism develop normally before two years old. However, when they grow up to 30 – 36 months old, they lose some skills that they alrealy learn, especially lauguage skills.
2. All functions pause in about 2 to 3 years old. Part of the autistic children don’t show degenerated phenomenons, but they hardly have improvment in skills since 2 or 3 years old.
Both of the signs are just for autism.
Early intervention often can reduce challenges associated with autism. And the best age to prevent autism is from 36 to 40 months old, because at this period, the growth of the brain just begins, we still get the chance to fix the bug.
